The Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites is a wonderful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are comfortable, with super comfy beds, and are described as neat and like an efficiency apartment. The staff is very friendly, attentive, welcoming, and helpful. A complementary breakfast is included, which is good, hot every morning, and offers a variety of selections. The location is excellent, providing a good central location for visiting Keuka and Seneca Lakes, with very easy walkability to the downtown area, restaurants, and bars. The hotel also features a great workout room. Overall, it is one of the best hotels for service and amenities, earning a high rating from guests who will certainly go back.
Great stay, the property is spotless. Rooms are redone and bonus - No carpeting in the rooms! Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms clean, the property clean. Warm cookies out in the afternoon was a nice bonus. Convient location. I would stay here again.

Very comfy beds & clean rooms, very helpful, friendly staff, delicious coffee & breakfast all at a great price! The only downside? Seems like paper thin walls!!!
