The Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn & Suites is a wonderful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are comfortable, with super comfy beds, and are described as neat and like an efficiency apartment. The staff is very friendly, attentive, welcoming, and helpful. A complementary breakfast is included, which is good, hot every morning, and offers a variety of selections. The location is excellent, providing a good central location for visiting Keuka and Seneca Lakes, with very easy walkability to the downtown area, restaurants, and bars. The hotel also features a great workout room. Overall, it is one of the best hotels for service and amenities, earning a high rating from guests who will certainly go back.
Very comfy beds & clean rooms, very helpful, friendly staff, delicious coffee & breakfast all at a great price! The only downside? Seems like paper thin walls!!!

As always, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Best Western Vineyard Inn and Suites has the best staff. They are friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean, breakfast is pretty decent and they have coffee tea and other hot beverages 24 hrs. The location is very convenient for getting to the wine trails too! Absolutely blown away!! Rachel checked us in and was so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the beds are super comfy and clean and the breakfast options are full of variety. We can’t wait to stay here again on another trip!
