My biggest complaint is the front door, I am on crutches and they are very hard to open. There is no way a wheelchair user could open them.

CVS in Penn Yan is great. Very friendly staff. They are so helpful. I do love wandering around in the store to see what I can find. Prices are reasonable . And no, I am not related to any of them. Ha Ha

CVS raises the price of their cold and cough medications during peak winter need which I consider highly unethical behavior. I know that they have low regard for their employees and are focussed on profit over everything else.

Today I went to buy here and the boy who attends at the cash register is a great human being, I am glad the day when he said that "today is a beautiful day and he smiled, his kindness and sincere words were reflected in his face and kind smile, excellent place.

Been using Penn Yan CVS for almost 6, 7 years now and I've had my ups and downs but they are overall really great. It is a little run down in the store but otherwise everyone at the pharmacy are quite kind and humble. For that reason I'm giving them four stars because it is full kind people. Just the building needs some work. That ain't the pharmacist nor are the people that work there. It's problem. I imagine they don't like working in that situation. Either a small pharmacy, etc. I will keep using them until they are no longer open

Friendly, polite, and fast! I was so impressed with how well this pharmacy handled my unexpected prescription while I was on vacation in Penn Yan.

Having worked at a neighborhood drug store for 8 years through high-school and college, I appreciate good customer service and that's what I find at my local CVS.

Small CVS in the town of Penn Yan. Not far from downtown (actually, it's walkable from downtown and most hotels, including our BNB). Open til 9PM. About 1/2 the size of most CVS stores I've been to, but still with a reasonable amount of variety. I was able to buy some much needed beauty/hygiene supplies I forgot to pack, plus splurged on some Epsom salts for the bath and a face mask. The bathroom I was shown to was an employee bathroom (assume they don't have a public one?) and it was filthy. Overflowing garbage bins, horrible smell. I hope that it was just the end of the shift, and that it doesn't look like that all the time. This CVS is conveniently located for wine-tour visitors in desperate need of a toothbrush, Advil, eye masks, and whatever else you might need after a weekend of wine tasting.
