My family ordered our dinner from here an we have always loved the food. This was a completely different experience. My daughters fish fry was burnt, my son ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came without bacon and without cheese. When I paid for my meal they they accidentally forgot to charge me for my loaded tator tots. Which was ok because ppl make mistakes. She had stated she was just charging me for 2 orders of french fries because that came up to $1 less than what loaded tator tots came up to. We had been waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes while our food was being made and the cashier came back up to us stating she had now forgot to charge us for mozz sticks. I let her know it was fine and I wasnt going to pay for them figuring she was going to let the female cooking know not to make them. The mozz sticks were made anyways and when she had stated again that I had to pay for the mozz sticks. I had to repeat myself again and tell her that I was not paying for them. She became very rude and said well you are not having them then. Which was fine because i had already let her know I would not be paying for them. It was aweful customer service!!!
