I reserved a truck. Then corporate gave truck I reserved to someone else. Was not happy. (Not retailers fault, was u-hauls.)What's the point of a reservation if it gets yanked from you anyway??...

Really want out of their way to help me try to fix a mistake made by the uhaul I picked the truck up from. Called me multiple times and really went above and beyond to communicate what was happening every step of the way.
