Last week my fiancé and I went in to get new phones and setup a new plan. John helped us out and gave great customer service. It was a long (almost 4 hours) process and he was pleasant and patient the entire time.

Came in unable to access my 3 year old abused phone. They were able to set me up with a new phone. They managed to transfer my info from the old phone to the new one, and set me up with a better home WiFi for 1/4 of theprice I was paying ...and get me outta there in time for my appointment!

The customer service at this Verizon branch is truly top-notch. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to help me get the best deal possible. They went above and beyond to make sure my data was successfully transferred to my new phone, taking the time to explain all my options clearly.
Even when other customers came into the store, the representative made a point to check in on my progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. The store itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The service I received was not only professional but also genuinely friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing support or upgrades—they really take care of you.
