I recently upgraded my phone and the process was fine. However, about a week after the upgrade I got a text from Verizon to set up a service I had declined in the store. I would like to think that it was an honest mistake but I am skeptical because I told the representative at least twice that I did not want the perk in question. Had I not gotten the text from Verizon to set it up, I likely would have paid for something I wasn't using.

Worst Verizon rep out there. This store sold me the home internet router that didn’t even work. Had to wait over a week to get a temporary password in the mail just for it still not to work and unable to register the router. I went to return it and they told me I couldn’t bring it back to the store without a return authorization number and a return box and label. Had to call another Verizon number and waiting an additional 7-10 days to get that. When I finally got all of that I brought the stuff back to the store just for them to call a number and tell me I can’t return it there at all and that I needed to bring it to a corporate office by this time the first month is now up and they tell me I owe $80? I never used this product the way it was intended not once not because of me but because of this store and Verizon. We are two months removed from this situation and even though they have recorded calls, and Verizon assured me I would not have to pay a bill for services I never truly received, they have already sent me into collections. This was a trap from the beginning and this store and Verizon should be ashamed of themselves trying to steal from everyday Americans. They should be calling me to resolve this and actually talk to me but they don’t, they just send me pieces of mail upon mail telling me I owe them money. Verizon is a disgraceful company.

As a business owner and a customer to Verizon, this is very unprofessional. Especially sleeping out on the floor where every customer can see. I would want to be made aware of a situation like such if this arose in my business.

I want to thank Austin for his phenomenal customer service. He was vigilant in helping me to get my phone number switched from my previous carrier. It was a process about an hour and a half due to a block from my old provider. I offered to come back earlier the next day as it was past closing time. Austin wanted to get the process completed so I could walk out with my new phone. He was very patient courteous and did everything he could to assist me. I left with my new phone and same number. I couldn't be more grateful

Everyone at the store is very helpful, but Austin in particular stands out. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for our best interest. My husband and I were at the Verizon store to fix an issue (that wasn't really an issue) with his phone and Austin ended up upgrading my phone too.... for an amazing deal! (Bought my phone for roughly $200 a few years ago and he gave me $700 towards a trade in). While he was working with us there was a caller requesting to speak with him and he was very nonchalant when having a coworker sit with us while he helped a customer over the phone, then came right back to us to finish what he had started. His customer service is excellent and his IT knowledge is superb ?. Thanks for all your help Austin!

Needed to replace the screen protector on my new phone. Eric was very helpful and I opted for the liquid glass protection. He carefully explained what I needed to do following the application. The end result is excellent.

I typically dread ever going to Verizon. For anything. Ever. But...I broke my phone and I needed a new one. RJ was awesome. The most pleasant Verizon experience I've had. He was the only employee in attendance, but he balanced the 3-4 customers well, including an elderly lady with stereotypical issues. Serious retail skills. He also helped me select the best phone for me, not the biggest commission. Thanks RJ!

I stopped in this store on a road trip when my chargers got damaged. You wouldn't think you'd say a stop to spend unexpected money would be fun.....but it was. Very helpful young men who answered other questions as well. Very pleasant atmosphere with prompt and friendly staff.
