It's a lot of back and forth and a hassle. Keuka Outlet made the process easy. I loved the professionalism-I lived in PY for a little over a yr-so I'm on the local Facebook groups-messaged to ask if they could reprint a tee-the answer was yes. So glad I took a chance and will absolutely do it again and highly recommend. I wasn't sure if a tee could be recreated from a pic of the tee, without original files-and Alyse blew me away with the final product!! Thank YOU!!!”

“I just put on my jeans that I purchased the other day. I bought several shirts and a couple pairs of jeans and I I knew the shirts were perfect but I wasn't sure about the pants I just tried them on today and they are like putting on a second skin like putting on that first pair of American Eagle jeans when you were young LOL if you are not fat like I wasn't had to buy boy clothes. Good thing the 90s that was the style anyways not only was the merchandise All quality the service was so wonderful. I happened to have a medical issue I'm dealing with right now and I had bought several bags and the owner personally delivered the bags to my front door because she could see I was struggling carrying them. When she left I cried because she was so nice to me and she went so far above and beyond that I will be back as soon as I can get there! If y'all have not been there yet you better get there before the tea gets out and there'll be nothing left in the store LOL”
