“I never have any issues here. I have a small PO box and recently they've incorporated an easier way of retrieving larger packages, so you can retrieve your mail easier if when the post office is closed. They put a key in your PO box which accesses a larger box containing your packages. I have medications I need and this method insures I get them.”
