I was passing through this area and stopped to get a drink and use the restroom. Restroom was okay bur could use a throughout cleaning and the employees were so rude and slow and clearly made things uncomfortable for me and my kids while there. They did not have proper stockade of cup lids and normally I wouldn't complain like at all but when I asked if they had lids the cashier made this huge ordeal about the cups that we stood there awkwardly standing for 5 minutes while he fumbled the cups and went extremely slow while two other workers started staring and walking around like they had no clue what they were doing, maybe the female had some clue but that other man was just standing there switching spots and staring at us. This interaction made it so I will not stop here ever again. Dude could of handed me three cup lids instead of standing in between me and my kids making a deal about it as I stood there completely baffled by these employees. By the time all this was done I just wanted to get out of there and somehow it costed me almost 13 dollars for three slushpuppies I'm still unaware of how that happened. There was no pricing and I couldn't ask because these employees just had no idea what their own thoughts even were. I travel alot and have never come across a Crosbys that the employees made you feel so weirded out.

Mobil has stations are very clean and well organized. They have the best rewards program of any gaseteria.

Usually the employees are pretty good but the girl they had working the last time I went was quite odd. A guy ahead of me had ordered something and only half his order was ready, she walked away in the middle of serving him a few times and disappeared into the back for a few minutes doing other things while serving him. Then she walked off again into the back after he left when I had been standing in line for about 20 minutes at that point with only the one guy in front of me. She seemed to not know she is supposed to be serving customers instead of wandering around and disappearing for a few minutes at a time without a word.

Decent price on gas, I'm thankful for the ethanol free gas. They have really good pizza here too!

Stopped here on our way back home after a great weekend in Letchworth State park. Had a strip of grass to take my dog out on to stretch and get a nice walk on. Inside was a bit busy during our visit. The bathrooms were clean and the store had all the normal items for sale such as coffee, sodas, bagged chips and such. Gas prices were decent and the parking lot was big.
