Purchase several windows and door. Service is good. The only issue is they dont install. They can refer people. But ideally they would have their own team to install what they sell. Or a sub contractor who could do it . Otherwise its a very good place to go and Mike is a very nice person and very accommodating.

Mike the manager is the best!! Authentic Customer Service. Very nice locally owned small business. Mike is very knowledgeable about the products he carries at his store. Asked him any question about everything he sells and he knows. Very patient and pleasant. He doesn't just sell the products, he is very genuine. He doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience and a bother like another company who is more on selling commercially (Curtis Lumber). Yes, I was treated with respect and Mike never pushed me on hiring a contractor. Job well-done!!!!

We really love this place! Their customer service is excellent. We bought 19 replacement windows from them when we bought our home in 2007. They were respectful, did an amazing job at removal, installation and trim work. We have had a few latches break over the 14 years (completely normal!) , and they are always replaced for free! Lifetime warranty. Since then, we bought 4 beautiful solid wood doors from them. We have recommended adk moulding and millworks to many friends who have also been very satisfied. They actually remember me when i call- even so many years later! Some reviewers have made complaints that seem to be covid related. Suppliers are really struggling now- even 2 years later. It would be nice if these reviewers considered that!! This place is 5 stars!!

Wow. Worst customer experience ever, I have literally reached out to Mike 5 times for an estimate- which he states has been created, yet apparently he cannot send it to me. I just want to get the work done, but having to call this guy a 6th time! is NOT going to happen. Business must be either really good or Mike is just SUPER incompetent! Absolutely ridiculous experience with this guy x5!

I came in to have some siding and exterior moldings made on July 30, and I was led to believe that I'd get what I ordered in time to have the work done in this century. It's now October 12, and I still don't have the milled lumber. I've called, written, begged, cajoled, but still don't have what I ordered, in good faith. My plaster job had to be canceled, I lost my contractor, and I was unable to complete my paint job because of the delay. Had anyone been honest about being unable to supply what I ordered, I'd have gone elsewhere. Now I know better. I'm beyond fed up, and I'm a patient person. Their customer service is ridiculous, only exceeded by their utter incompetence. I'm sure they'll blame it on a Covid. Please consider my order canceled.
