1000 bucks for an alternator , no call before throwing it in my car . Outrageous, they’ll cheat you out of your hard earned money, go somewhere else.

Decent service! For towing, but way over priced! There rate is twice of any normal towing company, with nice trucks, these guys have old equipment! Absolutely ridiculous rates

These guys were quick and efficient. Came out in minutes to tow my car for a flat tire, and fixed it in no time. Helped me get in a better mood as these guys were hilarious. Definitely coming back if any other issues occur

It used to be a great place to get your car serviced. No More!
I just got ripped off for a simple brake job. Charged $100 per hour and said it took him 2.5 hours to change out brake pads and rotors, a simple job if you have a lift. I don't know where he got the parts, but I couldn't find anywhere charging what he did.
It's really a shame. They used to do great work at a reasonable price. Those days are over!

Stuck on the Northway in our RV with an overheated bearing vs brakes. Called Rocks (it was mid afternoon) and he said to bring it right in and if he couldn’t get to it today we could spend the night there (even offered us electricity!) and he’d look at it first thing in the morning. Long story short, we cooled down, drove to the shop and were back on the road within 3O minutes. That is UNHEARD of!! And the price was unheard of, too!! If we lived here and needed work done, Rock’s would be our people. Thank you so much for saving our trip?

I recently needed roadside towing after my vehicle had mechanical problems on a Saturday. I called them and they were there within 30 minutes ! I definitely recommend if you're in need of having your vehicle being towed ! Very reasonably priced in my opinion also !

Rip-off, rude and opportunistic people. The "boss" had me pay 250$ for towing the car about 5 miles to a parking lot in Peru NY; given the circumstances, they had me cornered and I couldn’t negociate. Dishonest, unfair business.
