I recently bought a home and while I consider myself pretty handy, there’s tons I’m just not sure about. Ben came to the house and walked through everything with me step by step. I knew I had the right guy when he looked at the water heater and said “from the serial number I can tell you that’s from 2013”. Sure enough we looked it up and he was right! Ben has a great blend experience, knowledge and cutting edge technology to perform a very thorough home inspection. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Just had Ben perform a home inspection and everything went great, very satisfied with the whole process. From the start I appreciated the ease in being able to schedule the appointment online. I was working with a tight time window and he confirmed quickly after that he was available just a few days out. I was stressing about getting someone in so quickly and it was great not to have to worry.On the day of the inspection he was there early getting some extra information from the previous owner which was appreciated. Extremely meticulous and thorough in his whole process, and he explained a ton of things to me during the inspection.The turnaround time on the report was incredible, I felt like he went above and beyond to help me move my process along quicker. The software he uses makes it really easy to read and share the report, it's clear he's up to date and probably ahead of the curve here. My realtor has been in the business for awhile and she was very impressed with Ben's thoroughness and professionalism. As an extra bonus he's a personable guy and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Ben was fantastic! He was so quick to schedule our home inspection, working around our schedule to meet our needs. Upon arrival he was very professional and friendly, explaining everything to us in detail to make sure we understood everything that we were getting into. He even went above and beyond, by entering the crawl space to confirm his suspicions found with his thermal imaging device, that there was in fact some missing insulation. As we walked the property with him, we learned so much from him, he answered any question we had and made us really feel taken care of. He even told us to call him with any future questions or work requests, and offered referrals for a professional chimney inspector. His report was highly detailed and delivered in a timely manner. He even reached out to us after sending the report to ask if we had any follow up questions for him. Truly a great all around service! We highly recommend!!
