First I want to thank God for the helpful people in the world , I found them at this place, also thanks the staff for the wonderful and outstanding service they gave me starting with the owners, lovely couple who made my task possible, I needed to load 3 washers that have bought from eBay from a local laundry place in Phelps NY, so I rented a U-Haul truck and an appliance dolly but they were so heavy because they were commercial washers and weighed 700 lbs each that I was not able to do it on my own, so the owners helped me out bringing a small bobcat to the laundry so we can load them in the truck and also a helper Jack which all together made possible what I needed to do, they provided me with pallet jack, pallets, shrink wrap , forklift,bobcat loader, so many things provided so thanks to them and very reasonable price. Good job B&B equipment!

We've rented equipment from here several times (not U-Hauls) and the folks are knowledgeable and friendly and conveniently located, which is a plus in small town area like this. Equipment seems maintained well and we've never had an issue with anything.

Rude and did not process the refund that they were supposed to. I rented a U-Haul trailer from a different location but sent here without notice (U-Haul didn't call prior - this was U-Haul's fault not BSB). BSB was rude when I arrived and argued with me about any refund from U-Haul (it's a U-Haul policy for this refund since they never informed me and sent me to a different store). After making a call they said it would show up on my account but never did.
