I went to Howie's Auto to have my rear brakes replaced in September, Kevin told me that he replaced the rotors pads and tubes. I just had to have all of those parts replaced again now at the end of April because he did not replace the calipers, and the shop that I went to told me that it didn't even look like he replaced the parts I was told he did. I wouldn't recommend using Howie's Auto. I feel like I've been scammed. Kevin is very nice though. They also did my oil changes but I'm not sure I would go there for that anymore.Services: A/C installation & repair

I was told I failed inspection because of my brakes. THIS place installed those brakes 10,000 miles ago last year. He also tried to sell me a catalytic converter because of a exhaust leak that was repaired last year.

Excellent service! I’m from out of state and broke down in Shortsville. I gave Howie’s Auto a call and they were super courteous and helpful. They fixed my pickup within a couple of hours and recommended some restaurants and sites to see in downtown Phelps in the meantime. 10/10 would recommend!
