Towing near Phelps, NY

“SO impressed with the service orientation, helpfulness, and friendliness at Brotz Automotive! I stopped in while riding through on my Honda Super Cub 125 from Detroit to Boston and had a mirror that was flopping around. I asked if I could borrow a large Allen wrench, and they said sure, but then the owner, his brother, dad, and a mechanic came out to greet me and said to pull into the shop. They then took it upon themselves to figure out what was loose and fix it (turned out to be more than an Allen wrench would have been able to fix - they used one, but also an open end wrench and some Loc-Tite - and asked me to sit on the seat to ensure the angle was going to work well!) to ensure I'd be able to safely see behind me for the duration of my 800 mile journey! I wish all shops were as customer-service oriented as Brotz Automotive! We had a terrific, fun conversation about motorcycles and equipment before I hit the road, and neither mirror moved an iota for the rest of my trip, thanks to their caring and professional help!”

“After sending away the non helpful worker from Riccis who did not have the equipment needed to help me with my AAA call, (which to me was why show up when you can’t do anything) I was pleased with the service and friendliness of Kirk who came to my aid. It was just a tire pressure issue but I was concerned. But he got me all taken care of and I gave him some money to buy himself lunch, I was that pleased and thankful. Thank you for wonderful service!!!!”

“Had my NYS inspection done today. Also had a taillight installed. Service was excellent. Very fast and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend Big Mikes.”

“Reds is the BEST!! Got a flat, then my battery died waiting for him. He got there fast, jumped my car, changed the tire, even checked the spare – it was almost flat! He fixed everything and saved me. He was so kind, patient, honest, and helpful!!! I totally recommend him!! Thanks again for everything!!!!”

“With any car breakdown on the NYS Thruway, you worry if 1) The towing company will take long and 2) If the driver is friendly.

I can vouch that if you need a tow on the NYS Thruway in the Waterloo area, Hart Towing is great. Then on top of that, if you get the chance to have Steve as your tow driver, your day will end on a great note.

He arrived in 22 min after I called in for a towing service, then on the ride, Steve with Hart Towing made the trip SUPER comfortable. Great customer service, great towing service and super fast response”
