“Lacey’s towing absolutely the best! My truck got stuck in mud and ice and needed to be pulled out from the side of the road. At 11pm I called four different towing companies and none of them answered or returned my call. One towing company said they would be there in 30 min and never showed. I called Lacey’s towing and the owner was friendly professional. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes as promised and my truck was out in 20 min. “Customer service the best out of any tire shop I've been to been coming here for alignment and new tires for the last couple of years since 2021, their alignment warranty is one of the best things that this tire shop has done I have most likely have saved about $1,500 in alignments and I can recommend that warranty to anybody hands down the best thing you will do in Fort Drum for your vehicle on your next alignment make sure you get that added on for an extra hundred bucks and trust me you're not going to regret it cuz every single alignment is around 120 to $150 and after the first extra alignment you do you get your money back so definitely take a look at that.”

“I called Sunday afternoon to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I had a spare set of rims for the car and had purchased the tires from the local market place. They told me to come in early Monday morning and they would have it done no later than 3 pm. They took my number and said they would text me when they were done. By 11:30, they text me to come pick up. 4 old tires disposed of, 4 news mounted and balanced with new valve stems and switched over the tpm. Done in under 4 hours for $125 and they unloaded and loaded the tires into my truck. I had never gone to Walmart for tires but I will definitely look at them next time.”
