“Had continued issues with makayla at carthage branch with our daughters account took us stopping by lerays branch and chatting with Jared who in return got ahold of Lacey in carthage to get it fixed. Wish we had more knowledgeable employees in carthage and didn't have to bother the manager. A huge shot out to leray branch way to go and thanks again”
