“Had continued issues with makayla at carthage branch with our daughters account took us stopping by lerays branch and chatting with Jared who in return got ahold of Lacey in carthage to get it fixed. Wish we had more knowledgeable employees in carthage and didn't have to bother the manager. A huge shot out to leray branch way to go and thanks again”

“The staff at this bank have been so incredibly nice and welcoming especially Nicole and Edria. I was new to this bank and they were very hometown and down to earth. Thanks for everything ladies.”
“Been with NFCU for over 10 yrs. So far so good esp with the bank being in Evans Mills. The staff are always polite and never had to be bothered with a long wait time. 10 stars🌟”
