Twice I have gotten pellets from them. Twice I asked for a 30 min out call. Nothing. Not even a day. Just call. Hey, we are here. It's snowing. I have things where they go. They also have no way to move them besides off the truck. Really, just save yourself the hassle. I used them for gas and propane as well. Not anymore.
