“I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional and pleasant to work with, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My car was returned in great condition and even cleaner than I expected, which I really appreciated.
The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.
In the end, the work was done well, the car looks great, and I would absolutely recommend them.”

Estimate and Schedule to Complete are accurate The Customer Service and Dan greeted me and treated my repairs as if I was valued customer. The Facility is well equipped looks very Corporate and clean with a Family atmosphere. I was able to voice my concerns to Dan and he delivered plus some extras. He provided pictures from previous unknown damage while the car was being repaired. The attention to detail is another reason I myself coming from the Aircraft Maintenance Career Field highly recommend Collision & Chrome!! Believe me I Inspected the Hell out of the Car/Repair due to it being my Wife's!!.”

“I had such a great experience with Mavis in Fishkill on route 9. I got a flat tire in the morning and was driving around on a doughnut. I called Mavis and asked them to squeeze me in for a new tire. They immediately told me to just come on in and they would take care of me, JJ was extremely helpful when I arrived in discussing the type of tire and the options. They worked with my schedule and got the new tire on my car in the same day. Thank you, JJ and Mavis!”

“I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive at Fred’s. They troubleshoot the car issue quickly and accurately. They schedule the work to be done quickly, and stick to the schedule. They provide in advance a printout of the work to be done, and the price in parts and labor, and there are no surprises when you pick up the car. They are very easy to talk to and take the time to explain the work that needs to be done. Their prices are reasonable. (They are closed weekends.).”

“I just wanted to leave a review along with a debt of gratitude for Pat‘s towing service helping us this past Saturday evening. Our front tire blue on route 32 in Newburgh after hitting a pothole. The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. Thank you!!!!!!”

“Rodaks save our behinds last weekend. We were driving up from the city in the area and noticed on the way back home that the undercarriage pan had come loose and we could not reattach it into place because it was so heavy. We brought the care here just 1/2 hour before closing suspecting a bigger problem and then took us right away with a smile. Turns out that, not only was the pan loose but it was packed with about 30lbs of compacted ice and snow that had been accumulating from the week prior. They defrosted it, removed it and sent us on our way with good conversation. So grateful. Guys like these are hard to come by these days.”
