Very very disappointed in the unreasonable price increases. Two prices increases within only 9 months of renting the unit. First increase was 37%. Second increase was 33%. Totaling a 70% increase in 9 months. That is insane. At this rate my 10 by 15 storage unit will cost me $380 within 2 years. These are unreasonable increases and unsustainable. As someone who is on autopay and hadnt received any emails about the increases it feels like they are trying to scam me. Hoping i wont check in on my account. The way this is looking I recommend you be careful if you plan to store your belongings with this company.

If you are looking for a storage unit, go see Ashley over at Public Storage. She is extremely professional and super friendly. The units and property are always clean and well maintained.

If this review was based on the people who work on site, I would give them 5 stars. I actually did when I reviewed this place shortly after moving in. However, once the corporate price gouging kicked in, it became clear that this is not a good place to be, unless you only need something short term. In a less than 2 year period of time, they raised my non-discounted rent price from $191/month to $324/month. There are several options locally that may not offer big discounts for the first month or two, but will guarantee no more than a 4-6% increase yearly in your rent. If you are looking for a long term rental, do your research and choose wisely, so that you don't find yourself having to move everything due to outrageous price increases.

So I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ashley the property manager is phenomenal! She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is patient, understanding and the best in customer service! Wish I could give her more than a 5 star review, as she always is there for her customers!!! Thank you for all that you do Ashley!!!

The public storage with Tabitha's there for everyone training and fixing whatever is needed. Her customer service skills are excellent and she knows how to handle running public storage. Overall I am thankful for her.

This is long overdue, but Ashley at the Liverpool location is exceptional! Since I begin renting a storage unit, she has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Thank you Ashley! The location is kept clean and safe!

Since the new manager came around 2 months ago the place has turned around so fast and a much fun the better! I questioned, Public Storage’s business ethics; not anymore!
His communication skills are excellent as I watched him today ( or quite sometime in awe) he helped solve so many problems with customers and each one was resolved;
You definitely made the right choice!
He’s a keeper and if he was my employee, I would do whatever it takes to keep him! After he left they got the worst staff possible! Don't know where they found those people but don't use for storage, became my worst nightmare!

I put the storage in panic as I in between homes as I waited I put the storage in panic as I was in between in between places what my home will be ready. I bought the unit in the next day. I changed my mind and I needed to get a refund at panic when I tried several different public storage phone numbers, but they were all automated and I could not reach a person. I am pleased to report that the very next morning I received a call from the property management at Public storage in Syracuse, New York. Awesome lady she helped me out. I got a full refund back and I am so appreciative! 😊Thank you so much!
