They were very accommodating and pleasant on every phone call. The tech (Jeff) who came out and connected everything was great as well. It was a pleasure to do business with them and they were much more cost effective than our previous supplier.

Do not use these people as a service provider they will try to rip you off. They charge more then 3 dollars over the average price of propane for our area

Wendy is the cause for my cancelation of my suburban account. I owed 150$ on an account that has been steady, predictable and reliable for 11 years. She sent her cronies to come and take my tank with over 600$ of propane in it (at suburban cost).
Bring back Darlene: Business with an understanding. Wendy, you're losing money. Heller's or the other 3 local businesses will gladly supply my propane.
Stay away consumers.

I was charged 6.13 a gallon and that was a mistake. I get it things happen. So they charged me 4 dollars and change wich it more then a 1.50 more then 3 other propane places. Not very happy. It also took 2 weeks for a delivery and in the past it took 3 to 4 days.

Wow…if I could give negative stars I would. This is the most crooked company 2nd to budget rental car that I have ever dealt with. I cannot express enough to everyone to stay away from this company and find any other provider besides suburban.

Definetly going to look into finding a new propane supplier. Second January in a row we have ran out then we're charged for emergency fill which was only 15 gallons. Then told we were getting a fill and did not. This continues to be a pattern. I feel that it is too make the extra money. Communication is terrible.

I had bad luck with Suburban Propane. They dropped off a tank when I purchased my house and said they will be back in a couple of days to fill it. I ran out of propane a couple days later after calling a couple times to say I was getting low. After running out, I contacted customer service rep and a represenative named April agreed to give me a discount if I went without heat for the night, to which I agreed. This never happened. I contacted Suburban Propane again and they said I was given 4 free gallons which came with the tank, which I was billed for on 1/19/2023. Also, no one named April was known of by the company. I also called 3 times for a leaking regulator over a span of 4 months, which continued to leak. A lady named Kitty on the phone even hung up on me when reporting a leak. I removed their tank and went to a competitor in June of 2023, haven't had a leak since. I called all summer to get their tank picked up and finally got it picked up in November. Beware they will charge you $1 per gallon left in the tank as a restocking fee. I now also have a $200 early termination bill even though their equipment was poorly maintained, their service was unreliable, and customer service reps were rude. Stay away.

I purchased my house back in 2017 and decided on Suburban as my propane provider. Over the past 5 years my propane prices have done nothing but go up, to almost double the state average price per gallon. Called before I cancelled and they said there was nothing they can do about the price. Once I canceled they continued to send me bills for tank rental fees until I called and complained. It’s been over 6 months and they haven’t removed the tank from my property. Switched over to a new company and their prices are half of what Suburban was charging! Save your money!! Choose another company for your propane needs!

I have to say that you are great to work with and are willing to help. The service people are very polite. My dissatisfaction on this last visit was that if the service man made the adjustment that was needed on my pilot then I wouldn't have gotten stuck having to pay an emergency service fee to have a 2nd guy come to make the adjustment. I am very disturbed by that but I had to do it because it was when we had temps in the minus digits. They accommodated me for the service as I had a DR appt that day so they arranged to come when I called that I got home. For that I am grateful. I am your fan but that service fee for the 2nd visit never should have happened. Thank you
