I have used this Post office for years and have never had a negative interaction with Joe or any other employee. On the contrary, Joe always takes the time to be friendly. Some customers are hard to please, hence the negative reviews.

The person who works at his post office is the laziest hack I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to speak to. Don’t bother calling, they disconnected the phone.
The post office is only open during normal working hours and the worker is too lazy to show up at 8am to actually service people for more than one day

Absolutely inept ! Sends you to other Post offices can’t be bothered with procesing Special delivery mail or return receipt mail. Incompetence at the highest level!

Joe is very rude and has no interest in helping anyone. Walked away when I was asking what to do next and never came back. Avoid this location like the plague.

I'm just confused. I go when it's supposed to be open and it's just always closed. No signs or anything. Not helpful when you have important mail.

This guy is very very rude. I have never ever been treated so bad by any one. He actually sent me out 5 mins before the closing time displayed. He has no manners whatsoever, talked very rudely to me and is always in a hurry to drive me out when i go there. I guess its a racial thing!!! I pray and hope someone treats him as bad and humiliating as he treats me. May the law of Karma judge him.
