“I wanted to give 5 stars but the only reason I can't is because many times I've went there to use the ATM and it was out of order. Most times it's not a big deal but theres been a few times I needed to put cash into my checking account and couldn't do it so I would have to go to woodbourn. The other thing is the hours. Two times a week is not enough days to be open...As far as all the employees there they are all absolutly first class. They are friendly and very helpful. I've always put alot of stock into using businesses with friendly and helpful employees..Obviously they are also the same people that work at woodbourn so that makes it alittle easier if I have to go up there to my business..”

She was very professional and helpful resolving two of the three issues. the only one is problem for IT the phone tree is saying not valid ext. for all choices she is sending up the chain.
