This was my pharmacy of choice for quite a period, but the service and tone of the customer service representatives has sharply deteriorated. Two recent experiences illustrate this. In both cases prescriptions were called in by medical facilities several hours before I arrived for pickup. In each case when I got to the store for pickup, they said if I waited for 15 minutes they would fill the prescriptions. It reminded me of last minute cramming for an exam. After the first incident I tried calling ahead several times. The phone just rang and rang with no answer. A VM eventually came on saying no one was available. Then I tried using the option on the menu to check on the status of my order. Problem there is you have to supply the prescription number. Since it was a first order phone in I didn't have the number. No choice but to go to the store and endure a frustrating wait. Total time was 25 minutes. When I informed the service person behind the counter, she went into super defensive mode about new updates and ongoing training blah blah blah. Her tone was one of impatience and sarcastic irritation. The whole experience was absolutely unacceptable.Overall Grade F.I will take my future business to Walgreens.

I like the store itself but the pharmacy sucks. I called in a script Monday night, went there Thursday night (3 days later) and it still wasn't ready. I'm glad I wasn't dying. for anyone needing a script within 3 to 4 days don't go there

Amir Shedyak does the right thing and all you cretins are concerned about are the profitability of hannafords or the "safety" of this man. I wish there more more men like Amir. Men with the balls to get involved and do the right thing. Instead, today, what do we have? Pu**ies. Cowards. Girly men who will whip out their cellphones and start recording an incident where someone is being hurt so they can post it on the internet, rather than be a hero like Amir and HELP. You all make me want to throw up. A disgrace to our country, our people, our society. And YOU'RE the reason our society is in such a mess. Always about ME ME ME.Amir, you're the best of the best and to hell with hannaford telling you that you did the wrong thing. They are damned cowards. Oh! And to hell with Hannaford as well. We will never shop there.

I shop at Hannafords frequently and I'm always impressed with the staff, especially lately with all that's going on. They are cheerful, helpful and efficient. Sometimes I go to the Modena store and there's a big difference. I do understand that times are tough right now but the contrast is amazing. Thanks to everyone for working to keep us supplied with our necessities! Keep being wonderful Pine Bush Hannafords.

Went shopping at Hannafords this AM. While there's lots there you'd better make sure you know the rules. Otherwise you'll be sent to the manager. We bought the one package limit of TP and paper towels. Remember-U cannot by two 6 packs of either but you can buy one 12 pack. Go figure? We checked the TP out last. The machine would not let us purchase it. Y? Because we had also purchased wipes or napkins. There are no signs posted saying you may buy one or the other. I am willing to play by the rules, but rules need to be clearly posted. While there are signs that say you may only be able to purchase one, there needs to be a sign that says OR this OR that. Maybe it sounds petty, but with everything else that we need to comply with doesn't it make sense to have a sign explaining what the rules are? It would not only help the customers but also the employees.

I am disgusted by the lazy service at Hannaford in Pine Bush. One time, the cashier watched me bag all the groceries, and didn't bother to point out some bottles that rolled away. I didn't realized until I was home. Just before Thanksgiving, the same unhelpful kid let me do all the bagging, and in the rush, I left a bag behind. I called when I got home, and was told that the contents had already been re-shelved, and I would have to shop all over again to retrieve my items. What is the point of customer service if not to help out?

Very clean. Very organized. It was easy to find everything that we were looking for. All of the aisles were wide enough to accommodate an individual in a wheelchair as well.
