I got a great french pedicure with gel. She actually cut my toenails short enough that they won't be too long in a couple of weeks. Great job!

$53 for a simple regular manicure, no color, and not even a top coat. And simple regular pedicure with color, no gel just regular acrylic polish. I'm looking for other recommendations in the area. Their work is not even top notch, I wouldn't mind paying if it were better service.

Bad manners. Bad scheduling. Kept me waiting half an hour and only attended to me when I said I would leave. Never even offered a seat. No where to hang coat. Rushed the pedicure because that was covered by a prepaid gift certificate. Spent a few seconds scrubbing feet, I mean literally. The pedicure was 45 dollars pre paid. It was done so fast that zI couldn’t even enjoy it. She was rough as well and hurt me several times such that I flinched. Then when it was over I had to walk across the cold floor in my naked feet. Never offered me a pair of flip flops or paper covers for feet. Then I paid 85 dollars for the gel nails and today Sunday, just one day later one of the nails has lifted. Worst experience ever. I will never go back there, terrible experience. I also noticed that they gave gifts to others when leaving who paid less than I did big never gave me a gift despite my fifty dollar tip.

I've been coming to Iris Nails for years and they've consistently done beautiful jobs on my nails and pedicures. The staff is always so friendly and kind. It's also probably the cleanest nail salon I've been to in Orange county.

My wife and her mom went here to get their nails done and my wife's nails fell off 2 days later so she went back they put it back on and cut her with the nail file and now it's infected. Her mother's nails are at a upward angle and 3 fell off within a week of getting them done. They gave her an attitude when she asked if they would fix them. The work wasn't good I wouldn't recommend this place

I paid $160 for two full sets. One for my mother and one for me, My mother is on oxygen, the fans at the first three tables do not work… They are unsanitary, and the dust that was on my black clothing puffed off me… My mother had problems due to the lack of ventilation and circulation. She will not be going back. This is my second time coming here in four days to get a nail put back on, I’ve never had such problems, They were really rough And filed my nail until I bled. I believe the reason this happened due to frustration and poor attitude of the employees when they have to fix a mistake.

I went for a pedicure and gel fill on Aug 11th 2023.. I made a 4:00pm appointment. The salon looked clean enough for a first time client. I wasn’t greeted until sitting for 15 minutes.. again, first time. She didn’t line the pedicure tub with a liner- first red flag. The pedicure was atrocious.. not relaxing at all, so many interruptions and nicking my toes.. every single toe! The fill on my gel nails was also horrendous.. too thick, very bad shaping and the french was not even consistent on each hand. I’m now sitting in urgent care with a toe infection from the dirty tools, unlined tub and poor skills. I’m going to add a picture if I can.

I went for a pedicure and a gel fill on Aug 11th 2023. The first red flag was no liner in the ped tub. The files were not very clean. The older gal that did my pedicure nicked every single toe with the file. The manicure was dreadful- again filing my skin and cuticles- Every toe and finger was red and irritated when I left. It's been a little over 2 weeks- I am now at urgent care with an infection in my big toe. I have to go on an antibiotic for 2 weeks and follow up with a podiatrist! Never again..first and last time. Please don't go her!

I’ve been a customer for years. Very easy to get appointments and usually walk-ins aren’t an issue. Great work and the gel polish lasts for weeks. Lovely ladies and they do a wonderful job.

This place is lovely. The girls are funny and sweet and kind. And people complaining about the length of a pedicure need to look at what they are getting. There are different levels of treatment for pedicures. Spa pedicures with diff time lengths etc. i haven’t found many places I like in this general area that are on par with my expectations of where I am from in NJ but this place I enjoy. It’s a nice environment and the girls are Greta and I PAY for a longer pedicure. I don’t just expect a longer one for a Regular price. Highly recommend this place.
