I stopped in because my tire pressure sensor came on. The manager was unable to get me in due to 1.5 hour wait as I was on my way to a party. He checked all 4 tires and ensured the air pressure was where it should be. 😊

Great place in a small town. Got a nail in my tire in an unfamiliar town. These guys were good people. Did the plug and my brakes for a very fair price and got it back to me within a couple hours the night before a holiday. 5 stars doesn't really seem like enough.

Came in because I thought my back brakes needed replacing. They diagnosed a hung up parking brake cable. Mike fixed it and they refused to charge me. Super honest store and I highly recommend them!

Brought my flat tire in to the Pine Bush store unannounced, They took me in right away, fixed the flat and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Always a good experience at this store. Friendly, knowledgable, courtesous, professional, good prices.

I waited over 2 hours even though I had made a appointment. I have gone to other Mavis for same exact thing and I did not wait over 2 hours for a inspection . Tad horrible.

In the past, I have had very good experiences with this location. Unfortunately, that cannot be said currently. I went in for a scheduled inspection, upon checking in they informed me that they were behind schedule for inspections [the machine had malfunctioned eelier].
So, okay things happen. How long is the delay? 3 hours.
Maybe an email or text, or phone call since you make me provide that? Nope.
Maybe don't let me book the appointment, if your down.
Hope it was isolated and just a bad day for them.....

Stopped in on a whim this morning because my battery connections were loose and the battery is hidden in front of the tire so it’s not easy to get to. They got me in immediately and while we waited my 4 year old got to watch the cars movie on their tv and play with toys. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me on anything extra, and as a female that’s rare. Highly recommend.

Called because I had a nail in the tire and was right around the corner. They took me right then and had my car done in 15 minutes. Great service.

Super friendly staff! My husband took his truck in just to get the drain plug loose because the last place tightened it too much and he wasn’t able to get it off by hand. They fit him in while being super friendly. The last place we called told him kick rocks so it was extremely nice of them to take time out of their day to help him.
