Pine Bush has been caring for my animals for many years. Today was the day every equine owner dreads when I had to make the decision to humanely euthanize my 30 yr old mare who has been in my life for 29 yrs. She is the matriarch of the herd and I wanted to allow the others to be present during her passing allowing them to witness and mourn. Dr. Lucia was understanding and accepting of this and worked efficiently to sedate our Boss mare and allow the heard to be present during her passing. I am so grateful for your understanding and professionalism. THANK YOU!

So thankful to have Pine Bush Equine around for the horses at my farm - the highest level of veterinary care and the most compassionate crew I know - from all the vets in the practice to the assistants and receptionist. Dr Beth Ross and Dr Mike Ross are my number one go to for surgeries, performance/soundness evaluation or a pre-purchase exam - extremely knowledgeable and thorough - and the best eyes I know!

My horse died from a dental extraction that Dr Cory performed. It wasn't bad enough that we lost our girl but the dishonesty on what actually happened and the lack of caring was disgusting. I will never let them touch another one of my horses .

We love it here.. Dr Martin treats our horses with the utmost care and compassion , flexible. Reasonably priced .. and always willing to get us in !!

Unfortunately the support staff makes it very difficult to deal with this practice. I called with an emergency that needed a surgical consult for an urgent surgical repair. The receptionist requested a picture to show the surgeon which is understandable. I sent the photo and never heard back. After ten minutes I called back and the receptionist gave me the run around, said no one received the photo, I reiterated that this was an emergency and I needed an answer. After having the referring veterinarian call in hopes she would get more information, we were told that there was no surgeon on staff and the surgery wouldn’t be able to be preformed for 5 days. Well unfortunately that is not how emergencies work and I took my horse elsewhere. After having such an unprofessional encounter with this clinic I will not be returning.

Dishonest and overpriced, they give you the run around when you ask for a detailed receipt and records. They charge you for procedures that were never done. Even worse is that they play on your emotional attachment that you have for your animal and embellish on how sick your animal really is just to get every penny out of you.

I’ve been using Pine Bush Equine since 1986, and will be until my last horses dying day. The team works together to get the best results, and they try hard not to over charge when not necessary. My animals are well cared for when with them, and I’ve become to know the team well enough to feel my horses are family to them. ♥️ Thank you PBE for all you do!

absolutely horrible management and communication. Do not go there. The charged me over $1k for sutures my horse cut. Never called me when the vet did follow up at the barn. Overcharged and not honest practice.

I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to the two women who came to our home for the emergent situation with our horse. They were nothing but professional and compassionate when we made the decision to euthanize our horse of 27 years . Thank you again for the upmost professionalism, care, and knowledge on one of our worst days .

Dr. Byrne and Dr. Ward were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took their time with no rush when working on my horse. Amanda who works the front desk makes you feel welcome, kind, and overall just lovely. Highly recommend this facility. Easy in/out with your rig and easy parking.
