Great service and excellent staff

I have been doing business at this Walgreens for 2 years now. I have always found both the store & the pharmacy staff friendly and efficient. Just today, when a woman asked a pharmacist where she could find distilled water, he not only told her where it was but then went out of his way to find it and bring it bring it to her. As for me I was there for both my flu and Covid-19 shots. The process was quick and painless. The woman who administered the shots was friendly and knew how to smile and laugh. These are just a only couple of the reasons why I am giving this Walgreens 5 stars

Pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional. Sharing private personal information outloud with patients and fellow staff as well as not proving support or understanding of the tasks they have assigned to them is extremely discouraging when you’re going there for a service and support.

They play games with lower prices online then triple the shelf price !Also certain pharmacists are in need of discipline regarding how they treat the customers.Then again, it's NY and they think being called aggressive is a compliment.

The staff at the pharmacy are very rude, they should train them. They receive you with a horrible attitude. They talk over you and treat you like trash.
