“This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”
“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. I'm now looking for excuses to order more stuff from them just because the Phil's team is so great to work with.
