The dog facility is consistently unclean and when cleaning is requested, they demonstrate a lack of concern and disregard for customer needs.

The staff at this Tractor Supply store in Pine Bush never disappoints. Always going above and beyond to make sure I have what I need for my animals, and price matching to ensure I am paying fair prices. I just purchased equipment to winterize my farm, and at least 3 employees checked in on me and helped me out. It's this level of personal service that keeps me shopping there, for feed, fencing, work clothes and general horse supplies.

The staff here is amazing. Victor and Mike helped me get my new mower and when I had some issues from factory they stepped up and helped me replace the unit. Thanks guys!

This is my store for many years now- I love our Tractor Supply Crew. They are always helpful and attentive. Shout out to JT and I believe the young girl is named Kay?! They always welcome my family with a big smile. Everyone is super great really. They always help me get my stuff out to the car when my back acts up. My chickens, ducks & dogs are always in great care with them... Don't forget to keep more Dumont Layer Feed (Dark Blue), it's been running out a lot lately. Thanks yahll! Great job!

This location is a nice size. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have been shopping here for over 8 years with no issues. The inventory always seems to be stocked. The only negative is they seem to be understaffed.

Nope. Don't bother. Ordered a zero turn online to be shipped to the Pine Bush store. Ordered Monday, said it would be there on Sunday. Sunday came and went. I called the store and they connected me with who I'm assuming was the assistant manager. He said it never came. I asked if there was anything he could do about it. He said no. I asked if there was anything he could do to help and he said he could look into it but didn't know how far he'd get. Told him not to go out of his way. Zero customer service especially since I was trying to spend almost $4k. I get they probably don't have much control over what comes from the warehouse, but at least make a tiny bit of effort to help a customer. I was able to get the mower shipped to the Liberty store. They were great. But avoid the Pine Bush store if you can.

I had an amazing experience in this track to supply company all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful when I was needing help finding certain things one of the things I was trying to find Was particular pipe fittings For my sake the employee was willing to help me and and everyway and stayed with me through confusing situations when trying to figure out the measurements measurements on particular fittings that I may need Sooner or later we were able to figure out everything and give the situation solved but I was surprised that the employees that buy me and help me out also the employee helped me get some supplies for my dog as well I appreciate the experience and the firmness of fan play look forward to coming back in something.

They don’t have any idea what kind of products they have. I called and asked if you have Cornish rock chickens and they said yes. I drove 40 minutes to pick up the chickens and I figured out it was not Cornish rock what they were trying to sell!!!
