Outstanding staff always ready to help! They have gotten me through a few projects I wouldn't have figured out without them.

They have turned into a big box store without the lower prices. They made a checkout line that you have to walk half the store to get the counter to pay. No more in and out with a quick purchase. As a contractor working during the day I will never buy a thing again there as long as they are double the price only have 1 or 2 and you have to walk 1000 steps through all the crap they try and trick you to buy. So much more small hometown hardware store. They try and send you 2 blocks away to get half your order to agway. Then it take 20 mins for the other employee to get done with the retired senior citizens talking about the weather or just to get in gear to get your stuff. Not like they break a sweat or anything .. It's min half hour and extra driving and walking to get simple few piece order. Yet we have 10 buck bags of concrete that big box gets 6 bucks. Go the lumber yard around the corner. Fast professional service. No walking trough isle of junk, no waiting for people to catch up on the weather while you have a full line at the counter. I don't understand the long line for the checkout when half the store is senior citizens. They don't want to walk 1000 steps to cash out either. Destroying small town America as usual

Always willing to shop local/small and pay a couple of extra bucks. But until someone explains why the same bag of salt is $21.69 at Beck's and $9.99 at Tractor Supply I will never shop here again. Price gouging at its worst.
