I didn’t want to give a star but had no choice! On numerous occasions my packages were opened and missing items. Also today is 4/7/2025 it states my 2 packages are out for delivery and was supposed to arrive by 4:30 PM. It’s is now 5:47 PM and the Post Office is closed! When I called a few weeks ago no one answered or will get back to you! My husband was missing razor cartridges that he gets delivered every month! I am beyond pissed off and this is a federal crime to steal 🤬 My packages better arrive by tomorrow or I am going to pay a visit to the police!

Went to this location as their website states passport walk in hours are available. I arrived today on Friday at 2:15 for this service when I was advised by a clerk working there that they do not allow walk ins for passports.
Unsure when this change was made but it was never updated on the website.

If I could give a zero, I would. Packages left on top of my mailbox during rain/snow last week. Packages jammed in my mailbox for me to pry them out today.

I opened a PO BOX today, December 30, 2024, at the Pine Bush post office. The staff at the counter were so helpful and friendly. They were really nice.

Why do you say you tried to deliver a package for Amazon and the driveway/ front door was not accessible? It's Sunday just say you don't deliver on Sunday or make up another excuse because my driveway and front door Were both accessible.

I would genuinely say as a business owner who is here to ship multiple packages multiple times a day that this is the worst post office I have the displeasure of using. There is not a day that I don’t have to wait less than 10 minutes to do a 10 second package handoff. The older woman with grey hair is absolutely miserable and unkind with 0 customer service skills. The other women who work here are just outright slow and seem unmotivated to do their work. I despise walking through that door, every.single.time.

Very friendly and helpful. First time getting a passport for our newborn. We were done in about 15 minutes and got the passport about 10 days later. Thanks for everything!

I will forever be grateful to Li Tian. After my son's passport appointment was canceled without notice at the Post office in Wallkill, I felt defeated. I then traveled to the post office in Newburgh where the person in charge of processing the passport was unavailable.
My last hope was the passport office in Pine Bush, where thankfully Li Tian understood my situation and decided to help me even though i did not have an appointment.
Ms. Tian's customer and empathy skills exceeded my expectations. She took her time and ensured my son's paperwork was properly completed. If more post offices had more employees like Li Tian, then customer experience will be more satisfying.
I will forever be thankful to Li Tian and will visit the Pine Bush location in the near future.

All of the workers at this post office are really nice especially Lee! She is so pleasant and freindly. An absolute darling!

They should fire everyone in this post office not a single good or nice employee in the building. They send every package back claiming it has the wrong address the problem with that excuse is my family has lived here for over 30 years and never had a problem. So we wrote it how they told us to I mean the 6 different ways they told us to write it and everything gets sent back. They still tell us it's our fault but multiple people in the town have the same problem. If there is action being taken against this office I want to know I've lost insurance informations bills and everything. Because these people can't function in society. Wouldn't be suprised if they steal the packages.

Most of the experiences I’ve had here have been negative. The PO Boxes are only accessible when the post office is open, and if you live in town you have no choice but to have all your mail put in the PO boxes. I work a regular 9-5 job out of town, so the only time I can get my mail is Saturdays. Recently, I came in to pick up a package that showed on the tracking that I was “available for pickup” but the people working there told me I had to wait and come back another time for some unknown reason. Having to wait for my mail for up to a week is extremely frustrating. On top of this, the staff here are typically not pleasant and clearly doing whatever they can to get you to go away and leave them alone. I in that it’s busy there, but if my package says it’s available, I should be able to pick it up.

If someone is getting a passport there needs to be two people at the register. We should not be waiting for someone to figure out their whole life infront if the register… I’m just dropping off a package and wait 20 minutes. Figure it out

if i could give no stars i would. i called monday about a misprint on a package that i had done on accident. it was delivered to that adress and not mine and i was told theyd call me back with information. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK since i had heard from them. i tried calling AND NO ONE IS THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE?!?! not to mention they mess up evwryones mail on my street horrible. yall can do better.
