Every time I pull up to the window in drive thru I am never greeted the way I should be. I get the same dark skinned lady and she is not friendly at all. Rarely ever says hello, thank you or have a nice day. If you hate your job that much, then quit!

I really enjoyed Tina Murphy’s kindness and eagerness to help me and how patient she was with every question I had. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at this bank has always been kind but Tina truly goes above and beyond, so personable and caring.

Great place to do all your banking. This small, local bank really understands the needs of the people and the community it serves. I particularly like that they use Allpoint which allows the banks debit cards to be used fee free at any of its terminals. Allpoint ATMs can be found at Shoprites, Wallgreens, and Targets and other stores. I got a mortgage from them in 2011 and the whole process was really easy. Also I like their banking app. It's very easy to use.

Ana Tranchina is truly an asset to the Walden Savings loan department. She has a thorough knowledge about the mortgage industry and can easily explain even the most complex loan products so anyone can understand them. Ana is a consummate professional, quickly returning emails and phone calls. No matter how numerous those inquiries may be, she is always patient and kind in her response. Ana is the reason I will continue to recommend Walden Savings Bank to my real estate clients.

For the most part I really like the Pine Bush branch. With the exception of one time, all of my interactions & transactions with the employees of the PB location have been very nice, professional, and smoothe. My major complaint are their hours. I dont care what day it is...Ppl work so many different times now, and don't always have a spare moment to make a crucial deposit by 4 p.m. Banks need to be more accommodating, and have their hours from 7/8 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. At least for drive thru.

I DONT share the negative comments that some people have. I've dealt with Walden Savings Bank since 1993 and have always been treated fairly and with friendly tellers. Been through several branch managers and everyone of them have been professional, courteous, kind and willing to go above and beyond to help.

I have banked with this bank for well over 20 years, however every time they change employees, which anymore is often, I have to prove to them who I am? Even when these same employees have waited on me before. I am tired of this. I can understand if I was a new customer, but I am not. I am looking for a new bank, besides this I am tired of my debit card being compromised
