My car looks as if nothing ever happens to it and they even touched up a couple little imperfections unrelated to the accident near by for me. It took a while but it was worth the wait. “I had an amazing experience at Middletown Volkswagen. Everyone there was extremely friendly and shockingly (by comparison to other normal dealers) not pushy AT ALL. I specifically worked with Byron Greathouse and that dude was phenomenal. Not kidding when I tell you, there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer about the Atlas Peak Performance I purchased. “Updated Review: After our original communications with the dealership and leaving this review we did hear from a manager. The manager was really helpful and ultimately hashed out a solution with Ford which included getting the fix for the vehicle done now. The wipers are now working and the manager is going to assist with making sure the work is covered as part of the known recall. Would say 4 stars because of the amount of effort to get to this point, but I gave 5 stars for the manager making a resolution happen quickly.
Original Review: Not the most helpful when the car has issues. My mother's 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100k miles has wipers that keep stuttering, freezing up midway, and then not moving at all. There is a recall, but no fix for all potentially impacted vehicles has been designated. In the meantime, Ford knows that for vehicles that actually have the issue, a motor replacement will get the wiper to work. Healey and Ford America both refuse to cover the work despite their known defect, so my mother has a car that can't be safely driven in snow/rain, or any less-than-ideal weather. Great job of standing by the product they sell.”

“Fast polite service. Needed a tail light bulb and a wiper blade. Google sent me to their old location first and the lovely salesperson at Mazda politely pointed me in the correct direction after hilariously trying to get me to test drive a Mazda ?. She was awesome and gave me good directions. The front desk tender at subaru was awesomely helpful in helping me find the service desk I needed as well. I may have a directional issue ? . Desk attendant for parts put my bulb in a little spare package so I wouldn't touch or lose and crush it ? crazy helpful. Great people. Fast help.”

“My husband was in a car accident. Our car was towed here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile from Wendy at their front desk. Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. “today I went to AutoZone to get spray cause I thought my pulley were just not greased. Turns out my one pulley seized up in the parking lot and I had no way to get home with no tow truck and Bryan and Glenn were so much help by helping me reinstall a new pulley which they shouldn't have to do in the freezing cold if you need anything, I highly recommend this AutoZone out of anywhere else and I thank them so much for doing what they did today”
