This was an excellent getaway from the city, we came here after a 4 night stay in New York City and it couldn’t be a better place to unwind and relax. The food was fantastic with very friendly staff. With great hiking options nearby, a hot tub and pool on site it really made for a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this spot for a peaceful relaxing retreat.

Stayed in the Gala suite at the Cider Mill Inn on a recent getaway to Pine Island, NY. Very beautiful victorian B&B decorated with period antiques but has all the modern amenities a traveller would desire including wi-fi, cable, A/C, fireplace, plush terry robes and also a hot tub and pool. A front porch is available to relax and enjoy the country fresh air. It wouldn’t be a B&B w/o the breakfast so for you foodies out there the food is absolutely delicious which included fluffy pancakes, bacon, fruit, oatmeal and the fresh made scones by your host are to die for! If you want to stay in a quiet, quaint B&B with friendly hosts surrounded by nature this is the place.Rooms: Quaint victorian antique decorated room with all the comfortability of modern accomodationsNearby activities: Hiking Appalachian Trail, Blue Arrow Farm, Fishing/flyfishing, Winery/Distilleries/Breweries, Apple Orchards, Horseback Riding

Cozy Bed & Breakfast in a beautiful 1860’s Victorian home. Bob is an amazing host. He is very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I have been coming here every October since we had gotten married in 2020. The breakfasts that Bob cooks are always delicious. The best part is that you can select a time with Bob as to when you’d like to have breakfast, in case you were planning on sleeping in. The rooms have a very elegant and comfortable feel. The experience alone makes it our go to getaway when we need a break from the city. Smack in the middle of the Hudson Valley, it’s surrounded by farms, trails, restaurants, and shops, so there’s always something to do.

We stayed at Bob's beautiful little home this past weekend, to attend a Halloween event at SugarLoaf. Every morning was an unbelievable home cooked breakfast! The rooms were lovely and I have never slept better. When we arrived Friday night we took our cheese plate out to the jacuzzi and sat under the stars. It was a well- planned vacation for sure! Sugarloaf was a quick drive back and forth, and we even spent a bit of time at the winery, which was so much fun. I rate this stay a 10/10. Bob, you are wonderful!

Bob was an amazing host! We stayed in the Gala Suite. The room was comfortable and charming. We had a small sitting room and nice size private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was delicious both days with fresh fruit and homemade scones along with egg dishes and other great delectable selections. This perfect spot with so much to do in the area such as antique shopping, hiking, skiing, museums and so much more, not to mention we ate at some fabulous restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely be back soon!

Just back from our stay here and happy to report the place is as good as others say. Great location, VERY friendly inn keeper and lovely, seasoned rooms. The building was erected in 1865. If you like history, this place is your thing. Historical, BUT with all the modern appointments that made our stay comfortable and pleasant.Proprietor Bob is a friendly man with all the right stuff to be a host. The property and rooms are immaculate, everything works and there are some nice amenities including a huge swimming pool, 24/7 coffee and tea, microwave and fridge upstairs and AC in every room, plus ceiling fans and Wifi. Lovely decor too and the little things like scented towels and delightful shower cosmetics. plus hot, hot water, good water pressure in the shower, and thick terry robes in each room make this a cozy spot to hang your hat after a busy day out exploring the environs.Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious and Bob was flexible with creating offerings based on our preferences. We did not leave for 90 minutes after check out because we spent the time chatting with Bob, he is that personable. We have spent much time at B&Bs here and in Europe. this place gets five stars!Spacious rooms·Thoughtful amenities·Quiet rooms

Nice sized room, thick and soft towels. Quiet location. Owner was flexible on breakfast time my first morning. Appreciated the complimentary water and soda. Was not impressed with the breakfasts, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower head gross, cords/outlets seemed unsafe. Outside landscaping needs attention.
