Zero Star. Crap mindset and place.

They show complete DISDAIN when dealing with people. They ruined my week by making me wait four hours just to get unloaded. Employees look at you without speaking, like they’re forced to be there, and the place reeks of filth—it feels like the stench comes from their hearts and minds. I’ve never felt so close to hell.
I begged to be assisted and was ignored. They charged an $80 unloading fee, which clearly doesn’t go to the workers. The receipt is just a printed sheet, and they only accept cash. They even have a set location that forces drivers to risk accidents, squeezing trucks through tight residential streets just to satisfy their demands.
Look at the reviews—ruining people’s days has become their habit. Never come here, no matter the price—it’s not worth it! I’ll pray harder, because what if food from this filthy place ends up on my table? I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy

Strange place, bring $80 as they only accept cash. There's a gas station nearby within 3 miles. I found it very strange that they don't provide a proper receipt for payment. The reception is extremely rude; they count everything by the load, so you have to wait for it. Judging by the comments, it wasn't just me. Rush from this location in a next load.

Do not take a load to this place. It’s the worst location ever. The people in the office are extremely rude. They only accept cash payments. The unloading process takes forever.
You should only take a load here if they pay you a lot of money to compensate for the entire day wasted on unloading.
Tell your dispatchers to charge a high rate for deliveries to this location.

The only positive here is that they offer overnight parking. It's a rough gravel lot, but it’s there — and that counts if you show up in the middle of the night.
Operating hours depend on what you’re hauling:
— Onions: unloading starts at 7 AM
— Potatoes: not before 8 AM
No consistency, just their strange internal rules.
Be warned:
You’ll be asked to pay $80 in cash at check-in. No prior notice. And this is a remote location — no ATMs anywhere nearby. Bring cash, or you’re screwed.
Truck entrance is separate — DO NOT use the small car entrance. One driver did and accidentally hit a mailbox. That’s when it got insane.
The manager came out in the morning, gathered all the drivers, and said:
> “No one gets unloaded today. Everything’s delayed till tomorrow unless someone admits to damaging the mailbox.”
Collective punishment. Over a mailbox.
You charge $80 per driver and then delay everyone like it’s detention hour?
Thankfully, one driver — a real man — stood up and admitted it. Most drivers out here are honest people. But the way this facility handled it? Disgraceful.
Also — a note for IRS and the Department of Revenue:
This place collects cash but provides no proper invoice. Just a random slip of paper, no stamp, no signature. Feels like straight-up tax evasion.

Place sucks to unload and they take forever and the the office ppl are dicks.... PLUS DONT FORGET $80 CASH!!!! CASH ONLY!!! FOR LUMPER FEE!!! They don't take card or any digital payment cash only!!! And if you in a truck and trailer it hard to find a ATM here so make sure have cash they still live in the stone age.. plus there receipt looks cheap i can't get a reimburse looking like this.

onions took 10hours to get tm. dont do any loads for ARMSTRONG they will not reimburse any lumper or any detention just worst place to do buisness with

This place shouldn’t be running at the first place. They make you pay 80$ cash , which is illegal. Treat you with so much disrespect, make you wait for the whole day just for no reason and won’t even look at you while talking to you. Found big nail in my tire after leaving the place and 100% sure it’s been done in purpose. Since , they asked me to move the trailer and that’s when I got it in my tire.
Avoid this evil place if you want to save time, money and mental health.
