“Went up to New York for my brother's wedding last week. I have cooked for decades so I wanted to cook when I got up there, looked around for a spot to get good beef and came across Meiller. They were super helpful and were able to work with me, the beef was fantastic.
They were working on grinding pork when I got there, I did whole animal butchery for a few years, and we talked for a bit. Showed me the walk in with some of their sides of beef hanging, wow, some large super nice looking beef.
The place was very clean, and the cuts they were doing were very well done.
I had a great experience and have passed on their info from the cut sheet I was given to folks I know that still live upstate.
Overall absolutely fantastic, highly recommend to anyone that cares about what they are eating.”
