I was visiting Rochester and went to a power flow class. The yoga room is upstairs and it is nice and warm. There is space marking for mats on the floor. There is a coffee/juice shop and what looked like a clothing goods shop in the first floor. The class was good.

I’ve really been enjoying the foundations classes on Thursdays in Pittsford … it’s really all about the instructor for me. I’ll go back again and again if I connect with someone’s teaching style and the schedule works for me. (Ive taken yoga from 5 different Rochester locations in the last ten years.)As far as hot yoga, Pittsford Breathe probably has the hottest temp of all the local hot yoga studios (some of which were part of the Breathe franchise until Fall 2022) AND has the essential element of natural light. IMO, mat spacing in the hot studio is quite close together and low ceilings make me feel a bit less expansive in my movements.Food is great.Juices are delish.Good variety of class times offered.I think charging for mat rental is bizarrely commercial. This is the only studio I’ve ever seen do this. I would expect a studio to have at least a couple spares on hand for people who forget their mats. *Shrug*Overall, really grateful for this gem!

Breathe Yoga & Juice Bar has been a mainstay of Pittsford village for ten plus years. Family and friends have taken yoga classes there and from time to time we have stopped in for a midday lunch or afternoon snack having everything from baked goods to coffee drinks to salads to soups. All are scratch made in their on-site kitchen and the staff is always helpful. If you find yourself in Pittsford and craving something healthy (the white chicken chili is one of our faves), or are looking for a Yoga place this is a great stop for one or both!

I have been coming to the Pittsford Breathe location for years. The people here, the instructors, the classes upstairs, the healthy food/juices have all helped to make yoga and mindfullness such an important part of my life. The instructors teach yoga as a full mind/body practice. The food/juice bar people are always ready to make something healthy and delicious for you. Even the shopping boutique donwstairs always has a little something to inspire or motivate....a piece of art or clothing, a thoughtful book. It has always been a great place to buy gifts for others because the items are so unique and purposeful. When covid came into our lives three years ago, I became an online yoga member and started doing yoga at home. It took a little getting used to, but the online instructors really made you feel like part of a class. They were able to see your movements and give you guidance as if you were in the studio itself. The online classes have now become an integral part of my routine.Thank you BREATHE, for being a place of peace amidst the noise of daily life.

Breathe has been an incredible place to learn about meditation and yoga. From the first time I walked through the door many years ago, they have helped me build a practice that's right for me. The teachers are concientious and dedicated and seem to be able to give each student the individual attention needed to build a meaningful practice. I'm very grateful for the encouragement and support they continue to give me and recommend them highly to people at any stage in their practice.

I have been attending breathe classes for almost a decade now, and recommend breathe to anyone interested in starting or maintaining a regular yoga practice. There are enough varieties of classes and instructors that you are sure to find what works for you. Although my practice has been virtual for the last few years, I'm still taking breathe classes each week and utilizing the online classes as well. While most of the classes are vinyasa, the restorative, foundation and meditation offerings have increased in the past couple years. Plus there's a new non-heated space for non-vinyasa classes that I have not yet tried but am definitely excited about!

I've gone to Breathe for quite a few years now; I started doing the 11 class passes and did those for a few years but once the pandemic started and they offered the online living yoga/ulimited classes, it was a great deal! I do so much more yoga, much more regularly (almost every day, my schedules depending) and there are a lot of wonderful teachers with a variety of classes that are so convienent! I'm still of the view that I'm trying not to go into many public places, and keep masking, so the online classes are perfect for me and I would highly recomend them. So convienent, and I do way more yoga than I ever did otherwise. If you're thinking of starting out or trying a place, this is a great one.

I have been a member of breathe since 2010. Cyndi, Carly, Abby, all yoga and meditation instructors are a source of support, inspiration for me as I learned and now practice yoga and meditation that are part of my daily life. The variety of classes, instructors, opportunities to learn, nourishment at the juice bar, merchandise selections are exemplary. I highly recommend all services offered at breathe. Once a member of the breathe community, always a member. Namaste.

I live abroad but whenever I come home I always try to get in some classes at Breathe. I absolutely love the classes, the teachers, the atmosphere, and the healthy food and juices. Is it a bit pricey, yes... but so is everything nowadays, and I feel you get the quality that you pay for here. I am CONSTANTLY looking for a studio like Breathe when I travel, but have yet to find a decent substitute. Overall, love it here and can't wait to come visit next month. (Ps: I am a tad chubby and not necessarily very good at any poses, and I have NEVER felt judged or out of place.) :)

Things were nice. Staff were good not excellent but good. A store such as Breath could take it up a notch with customer service skills.
