I had to come here to have some paperwork stamped by the bank regarding some old savings bonds I had and this was the only location that had someone to do it. It was not a Notary Stamp but a Certified Signature by a VP or some higher up of a bank. I had to go to two banks before the second one called to make sure someone who could sign this paperwork that needed to be filled out, stamped and I had to send to the Feds due to the fact it was an old paper Savings Bond. The person I dealt with was nice enough but seemed a little annoyed with me.. no clue as I did not look like I rolled out of bed.. but It's Pittsford and I guess they are just that way. It's Chase and it's the bank I use. Otherwise it's a nice location and parking is ok.

This location is a little hard to find. I was in Pittsford Plaza and assumed there would be a Chase nearby. There isn't. This is the closest one. I came here about a simple application, and was told there would be an hour wait. I honestly had no idea it would be that hard to talk to someone at a bank. They found out what I was there for, and squeezed me in before their next appointment, and got me in and out in like 10 minutes. That was great. I don't know if it was a fluke or if they're usually that busy, but if you're doing anything other than a deposit or withdrawal, you might want to call ahead and get an appointment.

I had a really excellent experience here this week. I had a specific banking need that others were not able to help me with, and the people at this branch were really lovely. They went out of their way to help me and my family. Customer service like that is not easy to find.

I recently tried to buy a puppy online. I was going to do a money transfer but Chase wouldn’t authorize the payment because it was recognized as fraudulent. I tried another breeder with the same results. I called Chase and had a lengthy discussion with them. Apparently Chase has an extremely sophisticated fraud detection system, which apparently is a lot smarter than I am. Oh, I saw the warning signs, but ignored them because I was swayed by a cute puppy face. Thankfully, Chase wasn’t swayed like I was. They saved me from losing $1100 for which I am forever grateful. I have done more research and have since found a beautiful little puppy. So thank you, Chase.

Racist service!! Today I drove by this chase branch to get some cash for my girlfriend, after two failed attempts at the ATM I decided to go by the window, and the employee who helped me started to give me a nasty look after watching me struggle with the language. I understand that there are security measures if you try to withdraw money using someone else card (my girlfriend's card) But this was way too much, I ended up giving them my chase debit card and my ID to make this withdraw from my account. They took both cards and after making me wait at the drive thru window for around 10 minutes with a 2 degrees Fahrenheit outside, this lady came back to tell me that their system froze and made me wait for another few minutes... then their manager told me to pull over and walk in because they had to make a call. They had my information and my card, why would someone that is trying to steal money from someone else give them their information?? I don't know just common sense... Careful if you are not a white person or have perfect English skills when you go by this place. NEVER AGAIN so sad this is the only chase branch in this area!!

Very rude, EVER time i go there some issue or someone like the manger being rude. Had to go to the monroe ave branch they took care of me... Wow...
