I really want to give 1st priority 5 starts, but there are a few things that I wish had gone better. I worked with three different brokers at different stages of the process and they were all exceptional except for a few things. First, I had to repeatedly remind everyone several times along the way that as a teacher I wasn't getting paid again until September, so I wouldnt have paystubs until a certain date. Everytime I mentioned it, it was like I was mentioning it for the first time. Second, I found out at closing that 1st priority was selling my mortgage. Only the lawyers were present so they had limited information. Throughout this process, the ladies at 1st priority were readily available, but when I contacted the broker who gave me my pre-approval she never responded and another broker who I worked with responded about two weeks later. My new mortgage company is out of state and they already lost all the signed paperwork I mailed in with certified mail setting up my payment plan. This just taints my experience with 1st priority. Now I have to try and find someplace local to refinance with.

Christie was great! She constantly was communicating with me as well as my client. She was knowledgeable, professional but very down to earth. My buyer came to me after first using another agent and another lender. That lender couldn't help him in obtaining a mortgage but Christie did. She found the perfect program to fit his needs. I will definitely use Christie again.
