Letting your employees cash out their lottery at 730 am on a week day with 4 people in line... unacceptable. People need to get to work, not wait for you to cash out over 100 dollars of scratch offs. 5 stars for the car wash those guys are great. Inside need some remedial training.

Beware of the car wash...Monthly member until the large spinning 'brushes' pulled the painted mirror cover off of our 2018 Chevrolet and the cover was scratched. When notified of the incident, they requested a drivers license from us as well as our insurance information, as if it was our fault. The car wash manager called the following day to let us know that they 'reviewed the camera footage and saw no malfunction with the wash, and would not be held Responsible for any damage.' I was also asked if we 'saw the sign at the entrance that stated hat they are not responsible for damage from the wash.' The car wash manager also advised us that if we did not agree with their decision, to 'file a claim with our insurance company'...this makes no sense when the repair is in the $100-150 range and we have a $250 deductible.

The station refused to give us the Ken Malcho's email address or phone number, and we were forced to submit information through the form on their website concerning the incident and requesting cancellation of our wash pass. There has been no response to our email.
