Nice gas station here. A lot of local/microbrews here. Right next to an amazing hotel/spa. Plus several great restaurant and bars in this area. They also have a Dunkin right inside!

Disappointing experience at this establishment due to the rude behavior of the staff. My mother used the wrong card for payment, and instead of handling the situation with politeness and understanding, the staff member spoke loudly, embarrassing her by saying she didn't have enough money on the card. To make matters worse, he claimed he couldn't hear my mom despite her repeating herself three times.Thankfully, a kind customer in line behind my mother stepped up to help and urged the staff member to treat her with respect. It's unfortunate that the staff's behavior overshadowed what could have been a more pleasant visit. Customer service should always be a priority, regardless of the circumstances. I hope the management addresses this issue so that others don't have to go through a similar experience

Store prices feel higher than other local gas stations, but maybe that's just me. Gas also tends to be higher than other stations in the area.

I happen to love this place. Much better staff than the other gas stations I've been to. The managers awesome. Cashiers are wonderful and take no nonsense from anyone who deems it worthy to give them attitude. These guys need a raise!!!

Rude staff. Big guy plays Slayer and other black/death metal all the time fyi So, today (date of writing this) I was told to leave my 5.11 Tactical bag at the counter (I presume to mitigate stealing... however, I have 20 pockets between my legs and torso which could make any theif happy, I'm NOT a theif and at that time had enough cash on me to buy the whole store and not rob a $2 bottle of water. Also a plan could be to go into the place with a bag to be told to leave it at the counter for nefarious acts) .. anyway, was informed the total was $16, asked if I wanted a bag, said "no, I have one, may I get it" which I was then told by the short girl with dyed hair "no need to have an attitude". (this was after been screamed at to leave my own bag there)Well, I used to spend at least $200 a week there (girls in Dunkin are great bty) not anymore though.I'm retired special recon, if you need real security updates to your location, get in contact, because right now, anyone could do damage there and I wont say how because I'm not a dumdum.Lost a regular. I'll be informing people/friends of my experience there too face to face..

I stopped by here since it is on my way to work, and there seemed to be nobody at the station, so no waiting. However, credit card does not work at this location, even after trying multiple times. The cashier was rude and not helpful, and said there was no complaints. Isn't it expected that someone should help the customer to see what the problem is?

Always greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile. Makes a customer feel important and appreciated. Not only is Dunkin coffee the best but so is the service at this shop. Stop by, tell them I sent you. Have a nice day!

I have gone to this gas station multiple times considering it’s convenient location by Nazareth College. Have had not one but two terrible experiences at this gas station. One time, while using my New York ID, I was turned down purchasing alcohol because the cashier thought it was fake and had to go out to my car and get a second form of identification. I was angry, but it is what it is. However, yesterday, I purchased a Starbucks canned beverage for $4. It had expired in December 2020 (I know, I should have checked before purchasing). So I brought the can back the following day and was asked if I could just grab another drink. They said that I needed to have a receipt, but of course I didn’t save a gas station receipt for a canned Starbucks drink. Both workers told me there was nothing they could do. I went to the same fridge and showed that all the Starbucks drinks they were selling were expired, and they told me that they would let the distributor know. I said “so in the meantime you will continue screwing over customers such as myself and selling expired drinks?” And they replied with, “yes.” I will not only not be entering this gas station anymore but am now refusing to buy gas from here as a whole and will drive out of my way going forward to a further gas station. Disrespectful and disappointing. Do not give this place your money!

My gf and I walked in on Sunday afternoon, 3/14/21 @ 3pm for a couple of drinks. She was leaving while I was paying. And since her hand was in her pocket (it's winter and cold) the cashier said to her "can you take your hand out of your pocket? Because you're hands in your pocket and people steal". She was shocked, but still took her hand out while saying "wow" and then she just walked out. I asked him what makes him think she was stealing something? He said "because people steal". He had a really nasty tone throughout the whole ordeal. All we did was walk in, pick out a drink and walk up to the counter to pay. That was our first and last time there.

They make a habit of accusing their customers of theft for keeping a hand in their pocket. I had a very unpleasant experience with the checkout man.
