The staff was friendly and welcoming. The employees gave great hints and clear directions. The guide was helpful and kind. The rooms were immersive, well decorated, realistic, detail oriented and creative. The Cryosleep room was well kept, not cheap or dingy, and the puzzles worked smoothly. The bigfoot escape room was fun and awesome. The hardest room was exciting and the guide was helpful. Families with kids under 10 and grandparents had family fun and great experience. The staff let friends play for free when cards declined. The experience was excellent, triumphant and very creative. The room was a great date option in winter in Rochester. Had a great time doing the Bigfoot escape room! Marcella was working and extremely fun and helpful. Really set a fun vibe for the whole experience
