I’ve been going to Tiffanie for about 15 years and she does a beautiful job, whether it is coloring or haircuts! Very professional and I get a lot of compliments.She was especially compassionate when I was going through chemo and needed to go very short before I lost it all.Would recommend!

Wonderful service, styling and experience!!I was in town for a wedding and my original hair appointment fell through day of, thankfully Becky was able to take me as a walk in.Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I loved my hair style and the entire experience.

I recently decided I wanted to get lash extensions and my brows tinted. I went to Laura burgess and was super impressed with how everything turned out. She is so friendly and does everything she can to make you feel welcomed. My lashes turned out beautiful and I have continued to go back to get them done. This is the only place I will let touch my eyebrows and she does a beautiful job on those as well. I am so impressed and happy leaving there every time. Good prices, good people, and a good turn out

I came in yesterday to get my hair colored by Tiffanie in advance of my engagement photos. I was super excited to finally be going red again. It had been 3+ years since my hair had been colored. I said I wanted to go red, cover the grays, get rid of the ash, and provided the below photo as reference. The application was by far the fastest I've ever experienced - color application was done in under 15 minutes and felt rushed. She worked on coloring another guests hair while mine processed. She was 15 minutes late to my 2:30 appointment. The entire color, cut and blowout was done within 75 minutes. I was out the door by 4pm. She didn't use a brush when she blew out my hair, just her hands. She didn't ask me how I wanted my hair cut (beyond how much of my dead ends I'd be willing to take off), and didn't ask me how I would like it styled, which I thought was odd. She never held a mirror to the back of head or asked me what I thought when it was finished. I find it very uncomfortable to criticize a stylists work and was a bit too upset to be vocal while in the salon. That part is admittedly on me. I should have said something there and then. I've been dying my hair shades of red for 20 years so I understand color is both an art and science. Normally I would just let it go as the color isn't truly bad, it's just not at all what I wanted. It's never easy to tell a stylist you're unhappy, especially when they don't ask you what you think of the results. It didn't occur to me just how off the color was in the salons lighting, but was very obvious once I stepped out into the sunlight and started to look at the color in the mirror at home. Within one hour if the appointment ending I reached out to the salon and left a voicemail expressing my disappointment. I waited a day to send a follow-up text in case voicemails aren't listened to. As of this review I have not heard back. I will now need to try to find a last minute appointment now before my engagement photos - please wish me luck that I get my hair fixed in time.

I gave my wife as a gift a mani & pedi, she got them done and I thought I was getting punked it was horrible and they didn't even last.

The woman who cut my hair was not professional AT ALL. When I got to my appointment she quickly said I don't have time to style your hair, like lady did I tell you I want it styled. I tried to show her a video of what I had wanted, this woman goes I know how to do it, I don't need to watch a video. Not every layered haircut is the same! If you paid a little attention to what I was saying and showing maybe I would have gotten a better result. Also answering your personal calls while cutting my hair doesn't show much professionalism. Going back and forth between two clients isn’t doing either clients any good. Also watching a video of how to do a haircut isn’t belittling, you can at least show that you care about the client. Maybe if you slowed down a little you could do your job right.Service: Haircut

I am very impressed with the staff. They were incredible with a very tough situation Working with an individual with special needs who was there waiting, but also very professional. The quality of service they provide is also amazing, particularly with eyelash extensions. See Savannah!! She was super good, and took a lot of extra time to make sure they were good. Thank you all staff, and i recommend this to anyone who wants quality and kind people.

I accidentally called this salon while trying to get in touch with another and the owner was so rude and self riotous to me I can’t image how she treats her actual customers. She certainly lost a potential customer and I can’t image how many other customers she has lost due to her bad manners.
