Kid with black hair working the register today was absolutely horrific to interact with. Literally behaving like an immature middle schooler laughing at a lady who is clearly 9 months pregnant asking to use the bathroom. Laughed in my face and said “nah employees only” expected more out of a Walgreens located in this area but got the good old trashy Rochester experience

This was my first time at this location. Initially, I was impressed being in a small plaza parking with many available parking spaces. I spent about 10 minutes shopping for the necessities when I felt my morning coffee kick in. I had the sudden urge to urinate. I asked the young worker if you could direct me to the restroom and he said they don’t have any. I asked what customer supposed to do and he suggested one of the other nearby stores. Mind you this was 9:15 AM and nothing else was open.
I left my shopping cart in the aisle and had to drive to Bruegers Bagels down the street. I did not return and I do not plan to return to this place. Really shocking to see a store like this not offer at least one restroom.

There is an employee of large size in height and width who is creepily odd. My daughter 12 and I were looking at the eyelash curlers to see which would be good for her and at the same time this large odd creepy Sasquatch walked up to us too closely without saying anything to us. I then said to the huge ogre, "Can I help you?!" He leaned closely to us and took off a sticker as if to make us believe he was actually working.We then walked away and headed to the cashier to pay for the items. The same scary Sasquatch followed us and opened the register to call us over. I ignored him and let the other customers go to him while I waited for the customer in front fumble with her payment until it was finally time for us to leave. I am not returning to that store ever again.Please parents be aware of this predator.Management, please fire the bad and hire the good carefully.

In Perinton! Bushnell's Basin. 2:55 pm on 3/18/24 @ the pharmacy. The old man ? with the white hair was the rudest pharmacy worker I ever encountered! He was pathetic! He should be fired! I will not use this pharmacy or shop in that location's store ever again. The worst customer relations from the most pathetic old man ? in their employment. Why is he still employed there? You'll lose business. You just lost mine!

This pharmacy is unreliable, inefficient, and unethical. They rarely fill prescriptions on time, and when you have to call to get clarification on any issues they dismiss your concerns, ignore you, or lie to you just to get off the phone. I had one woman tell me to call all surrounding pharmacies to search for a medication instead of just transferring my refill. I also had another woman close down my account when they were out of stock. Now I can’t even get it filled at another pharmacy until my doctor fixes the issue, and I run out today.

PLEASE update your pharmacy hours. It states it’s open now (9am) but I found out after driving all the way over here that it doesn’t open till 10 am. Super inconvenient for someone driving from a few towns over to have to sit and wait 45 minutes because your information is wrong ?

Pharmacy section is so disorganized and the woman behind the counter sent a Doordash order through Fedex instead of reading the actual paper with the instructions for said prescription, highly don’t recommend this place at all, only 1 good worker and I think he was the manager of the store

Pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. Automatic prescription refills and notifications work well.

I wish I could give this less than one star. I have never written a review before but had to for this experience. Called the pharmacy and was put on hold for an hour and half with an automation telling me I was next. Finally gave up and drove there just to find out the pharmacy was closed for a “family emergency.” I understand things happen but close down your phone system so I don’t wait on hold for an hour and half. I then very politely asked the cashier if she knew another pharmacy that had Povloxid (the new medicine for covid) as my mother is really sick and not many pharmacies have it yet. She was SO RUDE for no reason and would not look into it, I have never been treated so poorly. Worst experience ever. Called CVS and they were extremely happy to help.

I’ve had so many bad experiences at my neighborhood Walgreens, I decided it was time to give a review. It’s filthy all the time and the pharmacists are rude and seem irritated to have to speak to customers. One gentleman in particular, gray hair, is so so gruff and snappy I dread seeing him there. And their hours are not ever correct with what’s on their Google biz page.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and stayed with them through ownership and management changes. For quite sometime, I have been unhappy with the majority of the pharmacy staff (one woman is remarkable, cheerful and helpful) as they are not terribly kind nor do they seem interested in helping people. They have horrible attitudes. Today finished me off. I went to explain that a medication I have been taking for a very long time was different in both color and taste and it made me violently ill. The pharmacist expressed absolutely no concern, offered no solutions, and didn't seem to care if I took my business elsewhere ... so after almost 30 years, I suppose I will.
