“When I say that Reeds is amazing I truly mean it. Between the staff being super helpful and accommodating, my entire experience with them has been amazing! I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands years ago from them and the quality is far superior from anywhere else I’ve been. I’ve since moved out of state and have sent her rings back year after year…..always with some sort of request - re-sizing, bigger center diamond, etc. and they have always taken care of me. “Unique place with unique skills. They are truly one of a kind in the upstate area and they know their trade very well. This is not the place to go to if you are looking for a quick job. They will take their time and are methodical when fixing any timepiece making sure you don't have to keep coming back. Make sure to tell them if you need the piece back within a certain time frame because if you don't if could take weeks or sometimes even months until they service it.
