DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. They are rude and obnoxious. I went to get a pedicure and she did a horrific job. She was so quick and rough. The entire manicure was 8 min and then my toe started to bleed. She then proceeded to put nail polish remover on it. I think I had more polish on my skin than on my nails. They make up prices as they go! Please take the time to look up another place and avoid this salon. If that's what you want to call it

Angel tips is run very efficiently. They treat everyone with respect. They are on top of CDC guidelines. I work in health field and can see they are following the rules. I highly recommend them.

This morning I decided I hadn't had a pedicure since COVID popped up in March, it was time. I walked into Angel Tips Nail Salon and was pleasantly surprised how they followed COVID protocol. A gal first took my temperature and made me soak my hands in hand sanitizer. Plastic barriers were by the checkout and between all stations. All employees were masked at their stations. The salon was extremely clean and all instruments that were used were sterilized in bags hot from the autoclave. Sandy my manicurist, was very sweet and did an excellent job on my pedicure all while relaxing in a massage chair! I would recommend them in a heartbeat and hope business picks up for them.

Receptionist was very passive aggressive and rude. Talks as if she is superior to you and makes you feel unwelcome. No second chances for this establishment. Poor customer service.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I called in advance to ask about a powder gel manicure and then made an appointment. I got there, was given a good array of powder gel colors, so it was clear to me that they were versed in doing this. The woman that took care of me was very sweet and gentle, but as time went on, it seemed that this salon did not know how to properly do this kind of manicure. They used krazy glue for the base coat, a spray enamel dryer in between, then used a regular gel top coat and had me dry in the UV dryers. A powder gel NEVER uses a UV dryer - that's the whole point. I got this manicure on Tuesday and by Saturday afternoon, THREE nails completely popped off clean. I've never had a $35 manicure just pop off in 4 days, that's pretty expensive to be ruined in 4 days. It seemed pretty clear to me watching the manicure go down that they weren't using the correct ingredients and all wrong processes. While I was there, everyone else got regular manicures and pedicures and seemed very happy; maybe this place just isn't good for speciality manicures?

Really disappointed with my pedicure today. If it only takes 10 minutes to do a pedicure something is wrong??? Rosa massaged ONE leg and left the other one. When she stopped, I looked up at her and gave her a look because I was annoyed. And then she asks me if I wanted a 10 minute leg massage because she clearly saw I was annoyed that she put no effort in. I'm not paying more money for a 10 minute massage when you barley gave a massage to begin with and it was terrible. She puts the color on and it was all over my skin and did not look nice. She doesn't even say thank you or offer a back massage after. Just walked away. The nerve the manager had to even make me pay was appalling. Never coming backbere

Uncarriing of customer needs. Manny of the women doing nails do not follow customer requests. Manager refuses to accommodate customer requests. Manager is a nasty person. .

Had a regular manicure, came home, put on my glasses and saw 7 out of 10 cuticles had not been pushed back and cut. Went back and Kim, the manager, said my cuticles were too hard, they do not use water and I should use water at home to push them back at home before I come back. Needless to say, I was shocked and angry.
