“I normally don't write reviews ever but I felt like I had to because the bad review from the lady saying "the owner is snobbish and not nice to newcomers" couldn't be more false. I just went in there for the first time and I know nothing about types of yarn and knitting/crocheting and the owner was so nice and explained everything to me. She was super welcoming and extremely kind and understanding. This place doesn't deserve a single bad review!”

“$45 for 3 small crafts to paint. Really wish there was more selection. Wanted to do piggy banks, but to paint 2 would have been $80! The kids had fun, we called ahead for walk ins a day or two prior and had no trouble getting the time we wanted.”

“It will depend on the person what experience you will have. Some of the employees are newer and there seems to be a high turnover, but they're generally very helpful. Overall I really appreciate this store is still open - they closed a number of them on LI and it's a shame. It's an older store but they usually have the fabric that I want (I check online before I visit) and I appreciate being able to buy online and pick up at the store since I don't live close by.”

“I work in Emeralds and commercialize and design fine jewelry and Paul at Kassoy is amazing. We had been talking for a few moths about some of their products and he is always willing to send me all the information on all their products. We were able to meet in JCK in Vegas and he made sure I left with what I needed at the time and since then has been very helpful with any purchases made since then. I recommend Kassoy and Paul for any and all jewelry supply needs.”
