I would stay away from this outfit, based on our purchasing experience, as their agent (who was also the seller in this case) was clearly not vetted for honesty. After agreeing to the FULL asking price PLUS an additional $5,000 for the contents of the unit, we were surprised and disappointed to find agent/seller had absconded with several items from the premises before we took possession, including a big screen TV, an espresso machine, a nice countertop oven and ironically, the TV stand in the bedroom, which I guess agent/seller figured we didn't need, since she'd already taken the TV lol!Alas, the dishonest dumbfuckery of agent/seller wasn't enough to quash our excitement for the purchase, since we absolutely love our Daytona Beach condo and otherwise had a great buying experience. But yeah, if you're going to work with these guys maybe put up a couple Blink cameras until the transaction completes haha (actual pics of missing items)

If you wanna waste your time or money , this is the place you go to . Clearly some of their agents don’t know anything about the house you’re looking for. They just wanna push you to do the deal . This agent knows nothing about the house I was interested in . She followed whatever the sellers agent told her. She had me do the house inspection the very next day after I saw the house and she wanna me to sign the deal the next day too . I asked her if the seller had proper documents for the house renovations and changes . She had no idea but tried to give me the false information. My lawyer asked the seller to present the documents, the seller canceled the deal bc he didn’t have it . It’s a waste of my time and money and the agent tried to tell me the situation happens all the time . If she had done her job and known well About the house , none of that would’ve happened. Just straight up horrible.

I was privileged to acquire Real Estate Agent Edwin Phillips to help me find a house for my mother. He was one of the most, patient, understanding and professional realtors I have ever met. The service was impeccable, top notch by any standards. I would definitely recommend him to all looking for a house or an apartment.

I wanted to purchase my first home in Westchester, so I worked with Claudia N Barnes from Charles Rutenberg this summer. She is a very knowledgeable, resourceful, honest and diligent agent. She never rushed me into a decision and would provide personalized suggestions based on my interests. We went to a bunch of properties and some open houses, although her schedule was very packed, she almost never showed up late, and oftentimes she's the one arriving early and waiting for me. I really appreciate her business and want to deal with her again.

Had the opportunity to work with Rory Sherman. He was beyond attentive, patient and informative. One of the best realtors I've had the pleasure to work with.

Do not work with this Real Estate agency at all these are the Worst Real Estate agency not professional at all their agent Mellisa Mangia she get your offer accepted and then when buyer signs the contract with the attorney she referred they will tell you Owner refused to sign the contract. Worst nightmare working with them. After that she will answer the calls only text you back. And then few days after you will come to know that she introduced some new buyer with higher amount. Very Unprofessional ....

I will never use a company that employs a lie pushing, illiterate who can’t spell licensed properly, hate group participant. Screenshots are the best tool, and those of us that unfortunately live near these ignorant dolts, will do our best to make others aware, and promote other real estate agencies that don’t allow such shame and hate to be a part of their company.

I don't know why this business retains William Moseley on their staff, but he's rude and disrespectful and has no business dealing with the general public.

Joe Vennera is a completely unprofessional real estate agent. We inquired into a property by calling the number listed on the placard. His response: “Do you know how to use Google?” We found the message condescending and hung up. He called back and we said we weren’t interested and not to call us back.Later, he texted me a message: “Make sure you change our your tampon tonight F*got.” Not only is this unprofessional, but it’s misogynistic and homophobic. In this day and age, how can this be in line with fair housing practices? We’ll be sure to report this to licensing bodies as well. Buyers/sellers beware!
