Chase is the number 1 bank in NY for anyone to work with - branches everywhere, ATMS, Top online banking and top customer service. Notaries always at every branch, though now an appt. may be needed. This branch is the only branch that has so many customers due to it being in the center of a HUB they literally blow off customers leaving them standing in the middle of the branch. The don't need the customers or accounts and don't conduct business professionally as do all the branches on the Island. The reps should all be sent to a branch where they need to gain customers, to gain appreciation of how hard most Chase employees work. Do not reccomend. Not that they need the biz. Keep or use Chase, but Choose a friendly branch.

The place sucks. Also: very antagonistic to the handicapped. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they were found to be in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The worst service. Don’t try to get anything notirized there! Not only do they ask you a million questions, nothing gets done. If you are a notary do your job and notirize the documents instead of asking a million unnecessary question and still unable to do what customers ask you to do. Never coming back here again.

I wish i can give them 0 star. As a Plainview resident we deserve better branch. They are not helpful at all. I highly recommend to go to Hicksville branch although is 10 minutes drive. What a disappointment…

Please train your tellers to change a simple banking package from premier to total checking it does not take long. I came in because I didn’t want to wait on hold over the phone. Also coming from an ex personal banker don’t always rely on your personal bankers to do everything ! I had to walk out because the banker had a client and had an appointment.

Unprofessional customer service. Came to make a wire transfer and 3 people couldn't figure out how to do it for more than an hour! Plus they were asking me if I know how to make a transfer! Doesn't the bank provide personnel training for its employees?

My problem with Chase Bank is with the bank representatives Chase has hired over the past years. I have recently have two bank representatives who do not listen to what I want to do with my money. The last representative was annoyed that I did not want a CD from Chase. It was a significant amount of money and, of course, I wanted the best interest rate which was not Chase. This bank rep. tried to interest me to be a Chase Private Investment client. I told the rep.,that I had an investment advisory service. I thought that was the end of this discussionI. No, through a Chase external link which I set up to move money from Chase, this rep. moved the money that I transferred from Chase to Comenity Bank back into Chase Savings and then said that Chase loaned me the money. This happened at least one other time. I had to call Chase Executive offices to have the situation rectified. I am now looking for a new bank. Please respond if you know of a reputable bank.

I don't understand why they only got 2.8 stars. To me, they are the best! Extremely good customer service, everybody was so nice and helpful. Good ATM too.

Don't trust Mike Bacani at this branch, he's a liar. His phone calls are so nauseating, he literally talked to Siri while he was also leaving a voicemail message on my phone, so I tried to restrict our conversations to emails. After I exchanged 40+ emails with him, giving him all information he requested, including: tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, monthly maintenance fee ($400), monthly property tax fee ($50), SSN, and allowed him to do a hard pull on my credit score; he sent me a letter saying that I only gave him limited information, therefore he has to reject my loan application. He then proceeded to email me that he just had to reject me based on the information I gave him: $8,000 yearly property tax fee for a coop. I reminded him that my application wasn't for a coop, and I didn't give him that number, the fee I gave him for property tax was $50 monthly, which is only $600 yearly. He then replied that it was just an "example of scenario" and the bank still can't give me any money at all. I asked him why did he use "example of scenario" instead of the numbers I gave him? He then just replied again, that the bank still can't give me any money at all. Despite the fact that I've been the trustworthy customer of this particular branch for 9 years.

the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The tellers are nasty, stupid and rude and American English is obviously not their first language
